I’m a software engineer working in Seattle and previously the Bay Area. I grew up in Toronto and went to the University of Waterloo to study Mechatronics Engineering where I was enrolled in the co-op program. As a result of this co-op program, I was fortunate enough to have worked at companies like NVIDIA, Apple, Facebook and Evertz Microsystems.  Note that the opinions and views expressed in this blog are are not affiliated with any of these organizations and are solely my own.

I believe the best way to learn about new subjects/topics is through experimentation and discussing/sharing my knowledge with others. So I plan on using this blog to reinforce interesting ideas or concepts I come across during the course of my career and life in general. Some of the technical things that I look forward to writing about include topics in systems programming, audio engineering and machine learning.

Occasionally, I may write reflections about my life/career or about any interesting books I’ve read during my down time, which may not be related to technology. I’ll try to keep these posts on the shorter end but I hope you enjoy reading them as much as I enjoy writing them.

Initially, I believe my release schedule will be based solely on my availability so I may be inconsistent at the start but I hope to become more regular sometime over time.
